Community Partners in Revitalization (CPR) is a veteran founded organization. The mission for CPR was developed in an effort to improve the quality of life by providing healthy, energy efficient homes for low to moderate income individuals, families and veterans. These strategically placed new homes in the Tampa Bay area have been effective in uncovering the forgotten beauty of our older communities through neighborhood stabilization and positive economic impact. As CPR is a qualified licensed general contractor #CBC-1259080, they have an ability to maintain cost controls to ensure the community receives the maximum benefit of efforts, donations and funds.  Our energy efficient approach to homebuilding is complimented by our partnership with other entities with similar sustainable practices such as GE ecomagination.

Our mission envisions community partnerships with local government, donors, business partners, residents, volunteers, stakeholders, and others that share our vision of change in the community by working together to identify opportunities to provide:

Affordable Housing

  • Development; building service-enriched, green projects for the health of our residents and the environment
  • Eliminate blighted conditions with new sustainable construction

Revitalize Neighborhoods

  • Provide Improvements to Parks & Recreation Facilities

Promote Education & Healthy Lifestyles

  • Partnerships with individuals, groups, and organizations in our community to provide outreach to those in need
